I have a wonderful experience at W Salon each time I go. The salon itself is very chic. The chandelier is my favorite! As for the service, Elizabeth is one of the top professionals in Cincinnati. She's constantly attending shows to stay up with the latest trends. Her hot towel and scalp massages are incredible. To top it off my hair looks amazing each time I leave the salon. I highly recommend!
I had a wonderful cut and highlight / lowlights done with Shirin. I am sooooo happy with the results. Love the salon!

I have a young son, so I don't get many days to myself. My husband wanted to treat me to a spa day for our anniversary. He called and set everything up with Shirin (hair) and Danielle (nails). From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at home. Everyone in the salon was very down to earth and friendly. Shirin did an amazing job with my hair.
