Der Herr am Empfang war sehr unfreundlich und unmotiviert. Er hat nur das Nötigste gesprochen und einen sich selbst überlassen. Empfang im 1. Stock sehr dunkel. Sauberkeit geht, benutzte Weingläser wurden mitgenommen aber nicht erneuert. WLAN kostenpflichtig! Frühstück Katastrophe.

Great location and views. Got a great rate match via Starwood. Room very nice but wasn't as clean as it should have been. Young daughter found some pills under the bed.
Amazing! This hotel was far and above our expectations. Friendly, classy, contemporary and fantastic facilities located with a view of the breathtaking Ground Zero memorial. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.
