Worst 5 star hotel ever. From the most basic level of expectation - this hotel failed. We had 9 rooms total. 5 rooms checked in at 4pm and 3 weren’t even ready. Restaurant closes at 5pm every day. NO BELLMAN. Any requests to Wherever Whenever was IGNORED. TERRIBLE.

We love this hotel, the views are of a city or a water way, not the ocean, so nothing spectacular from the room.. but from the pool.. wow with the infinity edge! Good is really good too and it’s located in the best part of Miami.. Brickell!
