The worst place i have ever worked. The owner Brain Marshall. Aka Melvin. Goes around talking badly about employees. And customers then the guy just thinks he can put his hands on you This is the owner.I would highly suggests bying pumps and parts from tencarva. Or patterson. Pumps. The turn around here is 4 to 6 mounts out before you will see your pump back in all the worst company i have workedfor. And there customer service and quality. Is not the greatest......
I’ve dealt with W.E. Marshall Company on several occasions over the last 10 years. The inside sales staff has always been knowledgeable and quick to respond to all of my pump needs. I’ve worked with Janet and Chip on multiple requests and they’ve always been great to work with.
