The only truly good thing I can say about my experience is that there is a new roof on my house now but the rest of the experience was terrible. I worked with Joe from WE Browning, he was a decent guy at first during the invoicing for my metal roof replacement. It should have been a simple job which he himself said would take 1 day. Instead, he forgot the date he was going to come (Monday) and sent a subcontractor from Maine to do the work starting on Tuesday.
