When there’s a misunderstanding, staff switch to speaking in their own language, and it feels like customers are being talked about. It’s obvious and unprofessional. There is noticeable eye-rolling and side glances instead of staff focusing on assisting customers properly. Asking questions about products should not be met with attitude. Professional communication and basic customer service standards need improvement.
Very disappointed with my experience at WCOS. The Vietnamse staff were rude and dismissive. I did not feel respected as a customer. I won’t be returning.
The staff don’t have much knowledge about the products. They should have more information to guide customers correctly. I have just bought the products, so I can’t comment on their results yet. I will review the products later after using them.
