Super helpful helping me find things around the store when they were short-staffed today
I wanted to buy a cushion from Clio, so I asked a staff member if they had the product I was looking for. I could see that she was looking for something, so I asked very politely, “Excuse me…” She rolled her eyes at me and said, “ONE SECOND,” in a disrespectful tone. She had white hair and was dressed in black. One star for service!!
Very rude staff! I picked the ONLY NON BOX nail polish and NOT FULL in the whole line bc i thought it was a tester. The girl staff stand NEXT TO ME THE WHOLE TIME said nothing until i opened and tried just to say “Its not sample could you please buy it” with an annoying face. The ATTITUDE is UNACCEPTABLE.
