I visited a friend at the W Residence on January 29th around 10:30 am. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk staff was disappointing. The woman at the desk was unhelpful and displayed a condescending attitude, which felt out of place for a residence of this caliber in Austin. I expected a more welcoming and professional demeanor.

This review is for the valet parking staff. Anthony and the morning crew were fantastic today! It is freezing out and they were all smiles, personable and efficient. Stay warm guys!
