PA Johnson was the absolute best. We had a lot of questions and he took the time to discuss each item. He was knowledgeable, a good communicator and very patient. I will definitely be going thru Shire and Johnson with my recovery and future treatment.
I was so impressed with how Alex listened to everything my elderly mother needed to tell him and then extended the same courtesy to me as her primary caregiver. His recommended actions were reasonable and took her age, wishes, and practicalities into consideration.
