Very professional and courteous. Diagnosed the problem with our gas fireplace, offered a solution and cost on the spot. Did the work in a timely manner. Would highly recommend.

A Friendly person answered the phone when I called. I as given a two hour window for my appointment and I received an email stating that the repairman was on the way. The repairman (Matt) was courteous and knowledgeable. He performed his examination of my system in a systematic and efficient way. He explained, in language I could understand, why I had the problem I did. He gave me a useful and realistic assessment of my system. I've used W.A. Tolbard before and I'd use them again.
Excellent long-term Frederick company. They've provided full service to my heating/AC since 2005, including purchasing, installing, and servicing the units. The office personnel and technicians are knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. A++
