Placed a phone order, the gentleman I spoke with was very polite and friendly. My grips arrived earlier than expected and are very high quality, fit and finish are perfect.
The stock grip on my new Taurus 605 was a little too narrow and I don’t like rubber. I replaced it with the VZ Grips Operator II and now it looks and feels like a gun that costs twice what I paid for the combo. I had to hammer it on with a rubber mallet but it is rock solid. Of course, I’ll never be able to take it off without breaking it, but I don’t plan to. Worth every penny!
Their customer service is one of the best retail customer service departments I’ve communicated with. A little history to my experience I purchase a pair of grips for my CZ Compact and once they arrived I was disappointed with the style/color I selected. Customer service is sassy and miserable. Good luck trying to return their defective product. They don't want it back. Get LOKGRIPS. Much better product and care
