Too many issues, during COVID-19 they have a sink in the only restroom for patients that's not working. There's a huge sign on the door that says sink out of order and people are actually going in there for COVID-19 test and vaccines. A freaking doctor is walking around coughing and stated, "I had this cough since October." This whole situation doesn't sit well with me. Please know they charge you a fee upon service and then you get a suprise bill in the mail. A fee schedule needs to be requested before you get any service.... read more
Went for a COVID test for my child as a precautionary measure.( slim to none chances she had it but i wanted to re assure her) Had to wait in an operatory for over an hour which I was uncomfortable with. The waiting area was packed and front door was closed allowing no air flow. In my frustration for the amount of time we were spending in the facility during this pandemic I inquired what was taking so long and why people didn't wait outside in a line or in their cars.
