Terrible service. Not clean. Nothing is sanitized. Been several times and have finally stopped. Nosy employees. Spend more time probing than actually doing the work. Frequent blood injuries because of old tools and inexperience and inattention. not handled in sanitary fashion, with blood tainting other "sanitized products" Terrible place to go, and recommend health department get involved. Not to mention smoke shop next door has shared ventilation making the place smell
I had stopped going to this salon due to my nails wouldn’t last, and with me being a licensed nail tech, I knew the steps were wrong! I stopped by today for a fill because I live in the area and couldn’t make it to San Jose to the place I go to! The girl doing my nails started to file and then asked if I had gotten my nails done there, and as soon as I said no she started to complain that colored acrylic powder lifts really fast!
