When I'm in class with Karina I forget about all of my troubles! Karina creates a safe space for us to dance and get a killer workout. If you're looking for a fun workout (that feels more like a dance party), Karina's class is for you!

I used to dance when I was in HS and college and had been wanting to get back into it. I am so glad I found this GEM of a class not only is it an amazing work out but I am getting back to the ME I was when I use to dance.
