As always, we are extremely satisfied with Anderson Volkswagen of Crystal Lake. I had to bring my car in for a headlight that was out. They were nice and got me in and out quickly. The Service Department always goes above and beyond great customer service. They are courteous, kind and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this Dealership. Great sales team that did all they could to earn my business. Frank was patient as i made my decision to buy at CL Wolkswagon, and Im glad I did. If you want a VW, come to Crystal Lake. I can only hope the service department is at the same level.

Amazingly generous technicians, they replaced wheel locks on my Passat AND washed my car for free. I was in and out of there in 20 minutes. Would definitely go back to them again in the future.
Don't come here. They lie & scam you just for a sell. Horrible management. Seriously don't come to this dealership. I'm contacted BBB about them selling me a lemon. Thx's Ronald
