My entire experience at Volkswagen Crystal Lake was amazing. Bruce and Casey worked hard to get me in the vehicle that was perfect for my needs. Once the showed me the features of the AllTrack, I was sold! I just got back from a weekend trip to Columbus, Ohio with three teenage boys’ lacrosse players (and their gear) and if I had more food in the car we might not have needed to stop at all. The gas mileage on the car is AMAZING! I was able to get 32 mpg, that’s crazy efficient! Great experience all around!
Bought my 16 R from VW Crystal Lake over a year ago. Very smooth transaction, great sales and finance team. I've been coming in for warranty work for the past 2 weeks or so, and the team on that side have been equally great. Alan, the Asst Service Manager, has been incredibly helpful as well. Best dealership experience I've had by far.
Trevor in sales was awesome! Super knowledgeable, patient and had my best interest in mind. Casey in management was amazing! He worked very hard to help me get the best deal possible. I walked in at 8:20pm on a Tuesday night and was greeted by Trevor The GTI Guy. He was eager to help even though it was getting near closing time. We took a Tiguan on a quick test drive, he was knowledgeable, easy going and fun to work with. He let me know his hours for the week and I returned Thursday afternoon. Trevor had the other cars I requested to drive ready when I walked in the door. My check engine light came on while driving my 2002 Snap Orange Beetle to emissions testing, on a Friday. So I just kept driving to the dealership, pulled into service, explained that I didn't have an appointment but why I just "showed up". Very polite, said they would work it in.
