Dr. Hiller is outstanding. Highly recommend this facility.
It was so wonderful. The reason I signed up was to eat better. More protein and less sugar. Nitza was so helpful to me. I had many years of eating horribly. I skipped meals if I was busy and would grab something like a cookie or chips just to have something in my system. Now, I make sure and have at least 30 grams of protein each meal and eat protein snacks in between my meals. I can now go to the grocery store and not grab skittles as I check out. I was introduced to Vulcan Performance while at Burn Bootcamp. I started having some heel pain in my right foot. This pain was consistent during the day and got to where I could not jump on my feet and even just walking was painful. I met with Sean and he concluded that I had a bone bruise. I started doing PT with him 2x a week and after about 3 weeks my pain was much less and I was able to be as active as I was before.
