SCAM ALERT! Before you consider any other review of Vulcan Imaging Associates or their 40+ Doctors please see my several hours video on my 2019 MRI done by their radiologist Michael Brant Ruff at the below Yootoob channel (mymedicalnightmare) (search Vulcan & Ruff in the box). I had a broken skull injury I almost died from - 3 inch long insects & worms grew in the wound (SEE X-RAYS / MRI / CT IN VIDEOS). I would not recommend Vulcan Imaging Associates. Their customer service is rude and unhelpful. The billing department is extremely disorganized, unprofessional, and sketchy. On top of that, their online payment portal is broken and is not secure, which is a major concern.
Funny, there seems to be a pattern here with this company and some misdirection when it comes to billing. For context see my review on Russell Medical, or don’t waste your time, avoid this business. When I called to inquire they were just rude, my bill was only $126. I just wanted to understand as I was under the assumption I had already paid at the hospital. You may want to ask your dr/hospital/clinic/radiologist/wherever you are who reads their scans… if it’s Vulcan imaging, I bid you good luck
