Sent me a bill for a service and never bothered to file with my insurance company.
They replied to this post with a phone number, which I see they to to all these. But they never answer. They appear to care, But it's just for looks. Told by hospital I was paid in full, then 3 days after my procedure I start getting phone calls from collections. I ask why they were trying to collect something that they have not billed me for. I ask what they wanted and they said wouldn't tell without my giving them personal information such as D.O.B. and social. With spammers and scammers we have today. What would make them... read more
This seems to be a questionable company. I got calls and texts from medical collections about my unpaid balance for a CT scan performed by Vulcan Imaging. The collector couldn’t tell me the date of service, the location, or any details. The collector asked me for my address, birthday, and other personal info. I told her every medical appointment I have gets my copay, all my personal info, along with copies of my insurance card and drivers license, so I feel this is a scam.
