I live here, and it's a wonderful place to be. On the 7th floor is the gymnasium I use regularly. There is also a pool on the same level to relax in over the warmer months. A small library, to swap books, is also located on this level. It's only a 7min walk to the Central Markets, which is where I buy a lot of my groceries. It's about a 20min walk to Rundle Mall for lots of shopping opportunities. When the tram line to Glenelg reopens, there's a tram stop very close to head to the bay. It's a wonderful place to live.
