The team here is incredible!
I'm not one to leave negative reviews, and frankly this is the first (and hopefully only) one that I'll ever leave. I've dealt with various agents and property managers from this company over the past 2 years and every interaction has been extremely one-sided and negative. They care only about making money off of the tenants and adding unnecessary fees, and once this affects you multiple times in a row, it becomes completely not worth it to do business with them. Laughable company, with Kleva being particularly awful. Also don’t be fooled by these people, they claim to be the owners of these buildings but they’re not. Just a leasing company. Recommend contacting the building owners directly to move things along.
