My family has lived in City view for almost a year now. So far we haven’t had any issues. Frank has been absolutely amazing anytime we’ve had any concern regarding our unit he has above and beyond to resolve our concerns, He’s done such a great job making our stay here pleasant. It’s a smaller complex which we love and it has everything we need and wanted.
Love the place. Management is pretty cool. Frank has helped out every time I need something and is always available. Maintenance team is on it, the grounds are kept clean and Maintenance tickets taken care of quickly. Best place I've lived so far.
Being a property manager myself, I want it to be known that I understand the complication and difficulty of this job. That being said, initially everything went well (as it often does) during the honeymoon period of living here, but after a few months, everything comes to light. Firstly, the other reviews stating that homeless people come and go as they please, and are often found sleeping in stairwells, pool area etc, is %100 true. I moved out of City View apartments in Woodland Hills on May 20, 2019, and have not received my security deposit as of yet... As of today, November 2, 2019, I have received my security deposit checks!! My persistence, patience and a little bit of stubbornness, has finally "paid" off...In more ways than one! Thank you Cole, Frank and Jean!! I really appreciate all your efforts in getting me my deposit back!! Laurie Williams
I’ve havent received my security deposit back and the manager frank keeps giving me the run around for over 4 months! If it wasn’t such a small amount I’d bring legal action against them!
