We have contacted them about the ac some Mexican guy came out didn’t speak English and I told him my ac wasn’t working so he was here for about an hour then left saying that it works fine I go to heb and come back it’s been like an hour or so and it’s still 80 degrees in my apartment I have contacted the office lady many times and I don’t get a response if I have to I’ll call Austin code enforcement And we pay for pest control but not once have they came out and sprayed we have roaches and the bath tub is peeling and our gar... read more
DO NOT MOVE HERE! This place literally is locking people out of their apartments not even giving people the opportunity to get their rent in. Unbelievable how horrible this property is! They are not understanding at all about life events even when the money is going to be cleared in a few days. Yet they want you to refer people here. Ha! Biggest joke of my life. This property is POORLY managed as well!
