I think these apartments are full of garbage, they rush you to pay a refundable fee to hold an apartment, then when you don’t even sign a lease or even attempt to stay there they keep the deposit stating that they aren’t giving a REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT BACK SO BREAKING LAWS AND PROTOCOLS ARE OKAY NOW? wow how horrible do you have to be to people. shame please get this fixed people need their money back now! Oh and blocking peoples number when asking for their money back is even crazier!

Horrible administración, tengo pruebas de todo (No tienen filtros para residentes, las propiedades estan llenas de insectos, es inseguro, LA PISCINA NO FUNCIONA, no sirve el Gym, hace 1 mes me mude de ciudad he enviado correos, mensajes nunca me responden, es la peor administración que he vivido en toda mi vida vivi por un año y medio en ese lugar) tengo videos fotos, rompieron mi carro el vidrio para robarlo o no sabemos todavia, increíblemente es el peor lugar para vivir esta a nivel de los peores lugares de austin lo que ... read more
We have contacted them about the ac some Mexican guy came out didn’t speak English and I told him my ac wasn’t working so he was here for about an hour then left saying that it works fine I go to heb and come back it’s been like an hour or so and it’s still 80 degrees in my apartment I have contacted the office lady many times and I don’t get a response if I have to I’ll call Austin code enforcement And we pay for pest control but not once have they came out and sprayed we have roaches and the bath tub is peeling and our gar... read more
