As a renter it is difficult to find a rental company that advocates for you! VSM fought for us on several instances with the owner. We encountered issues with the rental property including the appliances and lease revisions. A++ for customer service and putting the renter ease!

Several years ago, my wife and I struggled to find a good property management company. Once we hired VSM, things just fell into place. We later did a Contract For Deed sale with them a few years back. They are awesome! Whatever concerns or any issues that have come up, VSM has gone out of their way to stay on top of and solve. It has been a great experience. I definitely recommend them to anyone!
I’ve been a tenant with VSM for a few months now. I love the house I’m renting from them and haven’t had any issues. The few Maintenace items that came up were addressed promptly and I even got a new washer/dryer since mine weren’t working properly. There has been no trouble getting ahold of management whenever I need something or have a question. Whenever I put in a work order I always get a response within 24 hours at the latest. We’re very happy with them and look forward to renewing our lease this fall.
