So kind and compassionate, prices are what you would pay at a normal vet or lower, very competent and straight forward, very professional.
Excellent care for my little Boxer Athena when she jumped out of the back of my truck and caught her leg on the tailgate support. Thank goodness it turned out to be just a soft tissue injury rather than a break - staff was Kind and caring and I was only there for about an hour and a half. Charges were as expected for emergency care - always a little more pricey however, I didn't feel it was outrageous and the peace of mind by not waiting for my vet to open the next day was worth it �
Horrible customer service. Extremely over priced. Makes it nearly impossible to save your animal. Took forever and I feel that my dog did not get the care or attention he deserved. Only reason I went is because they are open so you have NO other choice.
The staff there is amazing! The fact that they are open 24/7 and extremely knowledgeable and kind, I would highly recommend this place! I'm so thankful for them.
This facility is a great resource to have in the Conejo Valley. On several occasions, each with a different dog, the diagnostic excellence and the subsequent care has been terrific. Each of the three veterinarians I have had contact with were right on the mark in terms of understanding what was going and then treating it. The facility is very clean, modern, and a place where you feel comfortable (well as comfortable as possible) leaving your very sick dog.
