From the moment we walked in, we had an amazing experience. The receptionist was incredibly kind, welcoming, and made us feel comfortable right away. My son is usually very hesitant about getting haircuts and almost always struggles through them, so I was honestly expecting the same this time. Carlos completely changed that experience for him.
