Very unprofessional man on the phone. Answered the phone "VS:" REALLY?! You should learn how to answer a phone and greet your customers for one. Secondly I have a bad feeling about this company and that I won't get my order tomorrow as I paid for next day air to have my son's shoes delivered by tomorrow. They close in less than half an hour and I have yet to get an email with a legit tracking number for my order. If I do not have an email of a legit tracking number in an hour I will ask for a refund of the cost of the shoes ... read more
VS is a great company. Don't let a couple of low star ratings deter you from doing business with them. Most of these are complaints about shipping that probably had nothing to do with VS and everything to do with costumers buying last minute in high season. I'm a high school TF/XC coach in So. Cal and do most of my equipment purchases through VS. Fast turn around on my purchases and good prices on high quality gear. They have a good selection on often hard to find youth equipment as well. I buy my little boys gear from VS.
Nice and fast support
I ordered a pair of Oly shoes(which were on sale,and a very good deal) on a Friday, received my shoes on a Tuesday. This was very fast service considering Monday was a Holiday.
Please do not order from this company thinking they are an online store- my daughter ordered javelin boots (Nike) and after paying large sum for 3 day delivery, she is still without shoes and I without any idea when they might arrive. Guy who picks up phone is nice enough, but completely clueless; cannot tell me when shoes might be shipped, cannot forward me an email.... Next time we will order from Nike (or any other company) directly.
