I won’t be taking either of my Jeep brand vehicles back. The service department is dismissive and borderline rude (front desks) they also claimed my Grand Cherokee didn’t have any issues after I took it in twice & they kept it for 6 weeks the second time. They didn’t return calls from me or my husband and wouldn’t drive the car with me so I could demonstrate the issue Took it to another Jeep dealership and had to have the exhaust system replaced.
I always receive good service. All my needs were addressed quickly. Jack, my service writer was wonderful. Explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable.
Matt Rizzo was wonderful! Easy, fast, and just a great experience!
