Website says a dedicated store in Hawaii, with no updates. I took a$40 Uber to location listed during hours it was supposed to be open. No store was there. Called the listed phone number. It was answered but they said they closed down on island sales. Any future purchase would be online only
EXTREMELY POOR-QUALITY PRODUCT, CUSTOMER SUPPORT, and COMPANY OVERALL. DO NOT BUY!!! This is my second 1-star review EVER, and it is well deserved!!! First, I will review the product itself. I purchased the EMOVE Touring from VORO MOTORS in September 2024. The reason for this purchase was the product's advertised durability, longevity, and distance on a single charge. I got my Roadrunner Pro for around a week and a half. Unfortunately, I had a bad spill, and it malfunctioned with the throttle cable. These guys fixed it, no problem. Riding back into town the second time was cherry!!! If you ever need any help or have any questions, these guys will help you. Awesome! And I broke it in over the 50! Killaz!
