Rude, if you can even get a hold of them
This store is not lgbt friendly. Security and management did nothing to prevent homophobic harassment at the entrance to the store.
I’ve used this pharmacy for almost 6 years, and they constantly screw up. “System errors” are their go-to excuse, leaving me without medication. Most recently, I refilled a prescription 4 days early, yet when I showed up, nothing was ready. Instead of contacting my doctor days ago, they waited until I was standing there—after the office had closed.
