This store is not lgbt friendly. Security and management did nothing to prevent homophobic harassment at the entrance to the store.
I’ve used this pharmacy for almost 6 years, and they constantly screw up. “System errors” are their go-to excuse, leaving me without medication. Most recently, I refilled a prescription 4 days early, yet when I showed up, nothing was ready. Instead of contacting my doctor days ago, they waited until I was standing there—after the office had closed. Great place and staff
I have a really good experience with Vons Pharmacy. The pharmacist and techs are always friendly and seem to really know what they’re doing. Anytime I’ve had to call, I never waited long, and they’ve always been helpful and quick to sort things out. It’s clear they actually care and more than once they’ve gone out of their way to make sure everything was taken care of. Definitely a big step up from Walgreens Pharmacy that I used in the past.
