Paid over $400 for a pair of glasses with transitions. They called me back a day later and told me they under charged me, hmmm 🤔. I asked for refund as I already was at the top of my budget. At first I liked them, but then when it came time to order the contacts it’s been the worst experience of any eye doctor I’ve ever been to. They were supposed to take 5-7 days to come in. Yeah that was over 2 months ago and they are still not in and every time I call they tell me “we’ll get this handled right away”. I just got off the phone with the secretary and I don’t know her name unfortunately but she was extremely rude and sarcastic. Charges $10 to fax your records to new eye doctor. I have never been charged when changing eye doctors. Goodbye
