Yesterday my son's cat (also a diabetic cat) had a tooth issue that was clear to see. He called his vet and was disregarded by staff that was unwilling to find a way to help and was left feeling very upset and concerned for his cat. Vondra is my vet and my Dad's vet so I had my son call them. Every minute of my son and his cat's experience was handled with kindness, compassion and the problem was resolved quickly. Thanks Dr.Vondra for clearing up Mitch's UTI and prescribing a new medication for his arthritis! 2nd time coming to Dr.Vondra and I will never go to another vet! Dr.Vondra takes time to explain everything to me in detail and never acts like he's in a hurry when I ask questions. HE IS VERY THOROUGH which I love. I love the vet clinic because everyone is so welcoming and the office is very clean👍
We have used this clinic for our dogs being fostered in Lincoln with Nebraska Italian greyhound rescue. Their pricing is amazing and they provide compassionate and competent care. Dr. Vondra was very kind and compassionate with one of our dogs during her end-of-life care and her foster mom was very grateful. We are very thankful for Dr Vondra and his staff! This is now our go-to Lincoln clinic.
