Went here to get a freshen up after having a baby. I asked to go darker and very ashy and to have a very small trim "dusting" after leaving with my hair 4" shorter and lighter with a red tint I tried to convince myself it was ok. Over the last month my hair has knotted like crazy which it never has before and has gotten brassier and reder every day.
