My facial with Carolyn was relaxing as always. My massage with (?..I forgot her name) amazing! I do hate the new layout. It makes it a hassle and a bit uncomfortable to get both services, one after the other.
Hands down I would not let anyone do my hair but Monica! I have been going to her for years. She's the best. First off let me start by saying I am the absolute worst client.. I always want something drastic and always bring at least 10 pictures I've found from Pinterest. Not to mention my hair is Rapunzel status, usually un-brushed....I'm a hairdresser's nightmare really. This was my second time going to Von Kekel and my second time seeing Jay. She is phenomenal. Where do I start.... My colorist turned my brunette roots orange instead of blonde and then when I requested for her to put a bluish toner in my hair to kill the orange she managed to make it far worse. Now my mother's colorist turned her grey and brown roots purple and pink... How? I'm still not sure. And instead of owning up to the mistake that was made, the colorist said there was no purple or pink in my mother's hair (the purple and pink were so obviously there) but offered to fix it.... This is without a doubt the best salon in Raleigh! I had an appointment with Ashlie today to fix my hair because of the amount of time I spend in pools and chlorine due to my job. She did an AMAZING job and I couldn't be happier! Will for sure be back! #HappyCustomer

Fist time getting my hair colored today. It was a little scary but this salon knew exactly what I wanted. My hair turned out perfect and I couldn't be happier. I will be getting my hair done here for the foreseeable future. They made a long term client today :)
Made an appointment with my sister in law, got here, waited in line to check in (without being greeted), checked in, they took her back and then they canceled my appointment. Real professional..keep it classy
