I have been searching for someone to clean a family heirloom, and Von Hughes did not disappoint! Excellent customer service and my rug is beautiful! Clean and soft, it hasn’t looked this good in years!
As much as I would like to support a local business I can’t recommend their work. We just got our 2 year old rug back from being cleaned and it looks somehow worse than when we started. It is softer and we can tell it has been cleaned, but very little explanation from them and their first comment when they rolled it out again being “I’m sorry” doesn’t cut it. These folks do wonders cleaning carpets. They really get all the dirt & stains out & make your rug look like new. Really glad we found them, highly recommend.
Great personal service, great communication and very flexible. They were able to easily coordinate pick up and drop off and turn around was fast! We are very pleased with the quality of our two rugs. Pricing is fair and the quality is top shelf.
