After having known Jack von Gillern for years, I asked him to renovate my laundry room after viewing his beautiful work on Houzz. His crews were always on time and worked efficiently to get my project done as quickly as they could, since a home's laundry room is more important than you realize. Over the past several years we have hired Jack Von Gillern to handle many diverse remodeling projects for us including two bathrooms, kitchen, new flooring in several rooms and most recently a pergola. I was looking for a contractor for a master bathroom renovation project and found von Gillern Construction (VGC) on houzz.com. I got three quotes and called decided to go with VGC after checking their references, which were impeccable. My project was a complete remodel, with the old bathroom totally removed. This construction group provides high quality work that suits your needs as you had requested when possible and delivered as planned. The contractor, also keeps you regularly informed of progress in writing, verbally, and/or by photos. Construction personnel are professional and courteous and the cost is reasonable. I highly recommend this construction company for your home remodeling projects!
Jack had completed renovations for three if our neighbors, and they were all very pleased with the beautiful results. We knew as aoon as we met with him that we wanted him to renovate our home too. He was terrific at coordinating the various crews (demolition, flooring, countertops, plumbing, tile, electrical, carpentry and psinting) and keeping us informed each step of the process. The result was beautiful and we couldn't be happier. Top notch crews in each field. Job completed in less than estimated time.

We used von Gillern Construction to update and restore exterior of our house. They listened to what we had in mind and came up with a plan. The work was done well and timely, with no surprises. Great attention to detail. They were great working with us on scheduling and at answering questions about what they were doing and why. We are very satisfied.
