Factory fitted lowbeam headlight working like highbeam on Volvo trucks. It is effecting all other drivers on the road !.. That's why Volvo trucks deserve 1 star until fixing the headlight issue !..
Extremely disappointed with the management here…The staff is disorganized, unprofessional, and consistently fails to communicate or resolve issues. and they seem more interested in PASSING BLAME THAN SOLVING PROBLEMS ... It’s frustrating dealing with people who either don’t listen or don’t care .. THEY SHOULD GET A NUMBER ONE AWARD FOR MAKING EXCUSES AND BLAMING TO OTHERS..
Best place to buy a new truck, buy a good used truck, or take your Mack Volvo or UD for genuine parts & fixed price service. VCV Sydney Blacktown. They're coffee machine is cool too!! Better than City Hino!!
