The other day, my family was greeted by Britney. Right off the bat it was a pleasant and fun experience, the way shopping for a new car should be. Britney helped me get into my new car, while staying within my budget! My experience at Volkswagen of state college was great, Brittney found me exactly the car I wanted and worked as hard as she could to get me the best rate possible. She even went out of her way to get me my vehicle early. I will definitely be purchasing my next car here too.
I've been a loyal customer since 2009. I have never had a bad experience with these folks, whether through Live Chat, on the phone, or in person. The lounge is comfortable and has amenities that include coffee, soft drinks, and wifi. They have always consulted me before and during repairs, and if no repairs are necessary they don't "find" them. Truly the best dealership out there, and I can't say enough good things about the service department. Thank you!!

Quality of service is good. Staff is very friendly. But, I've never had a service appointment there take less than 3 times the amount of time to complete that was estimated. Allow pi times the number of hours they quote...
