Inquired about purchasing a 2019 Golf GTI S that they had listed for $23,174 drove all the way out and test drove it, then had them run all my information to figure out payments and interest rates and they come back and tell me they have some bad news. They claimed there was a mistake in their pricing and they can’t do what they originally have it listed for and now they want $27,361. I’ve waited over 6 months to write this review because I did not want emotion to drive my words. I also wanted time to reflect on my experience. In May 2018 I purchased a brand new Volkswagen Tiguan. this place absolutely sucks. I bought a 2019 Jetta on October 1st I didnt even have it 1 month and it was in there for 15 days they would not give me a rental car so i was unable to go to work multiple day they do not care about there costumers they only care about money. there personalities are all terrible especially sam in service as will as Mike the manager. I will never buy another thing from this place and would never recommend it.
The service staff really needs to take some lessons in customer service from the sales staff. When I purchased my Tiguan 2yrs ago, the sales staff was phenomenal. No pressure, my questions were answered competently, and they were extremely friendly. Service is another story. I was informed on Monday that “a day or two” was all that was needed to let me know if my service would be covered by my extended warranty. It is now Saturday and I haven’t heard a thing.
