Update -A few weeks after buying our Volvo, our main key stopped working despite new batteries. Volvo Cars San Jose said I needed a $750 replacement after a 2.5-hour wait. Frustrated, I called Adam at Volvo Cars Walnut Creek. They handled everything in 45 minutes—gave me a brand new key, programmed it, and didn’t blame me at all.
