If you live in the DMV and have a Volvo, Justin is who you need to see. It was my third time getting my car serviced here and Justin was extremely communicative and helpful. He called with updates exactly when he said he would, was honest about costs of repairs, and did not pressure me to approve a repair that might not be needed. 10/10 recommend.

My sales contact was Rodrigo Hernandez. We worked out a deal Friday afternoon and I picked up the car Saturday. This dealership was great, they definitely had many opportunities to sell the car to a higher bidder but decided to honor our earlier discussions. Finance Manager, Damir, didn't oversell me on Warranty products. I also want to thank Luis the sales manager to get the car ready in a few hours. Great culture throughout the team.
