My Volvo x-60 60 T8 recharge is two years old constant problem. I brought it in for propulsion system won’t engage. They said next update will fix it.That was over 7 months ago. Now out of town and propulsion system needs urgent repair . They didn’t fix anything at a new Volvo they have found more issues with the car. Volvo should not sell cars and fire there service people if that can’t do there jobs.
I’ve visited this dealership often over the last couple of years to have my S90 serviced, and the level of quality exceeds my expectations every time. My service advisor is typically Connie, and I must say her level of professionalism, patience, and attentiveness is unmatched. This past visit I had the pleasure of working with Connie once more, and even had the opportunity to speak with Austin (one of the mechanics) in regards to an issue with my vehicle.
