Superior Maintenance Team Ed was my liaison and he exceeded expectations. He not only communicated via text, but provided follow up calls to ensure all of my questions were answered. He then took time to explain maintenance contracts that I was not aware of. When I purchased my sales rep did not mention how services were covered, etc. I was pleasantly surprised to hear all of my issues were covered. Upon pick up, again, Ed welcomes me with kindness and professionalism. He has helped Volvo earn a lifelong customer.
