My Volvo needed a software update. I called, got in quickly, the update was installed and I went about my day. Very smooth and efficient.
1 star for diagnosing the issue. However to charge my wife twice ($370) for two 20 minute diagnostics for brake judder and again for an engine management light seems extortionate. Will have the work done elsewhere.
