My wife and I ordered a Volvo ************* and wanted to share my feedback and overall terrible customer experience which led us to cancel our order. The only reason that we ordered the vehicle, was because were told by several dealerships and corporate, that dealerships were only going to have specked-out demo vehicles which wouldnt be eligible for the ********** Clean Fuel Rebate. I have a 2021 XC90 T5 Momentum, that i bought by cash from ****** **. The car had an issue in january 15 2021 after one month i purchased the car. The windshield of the car cracked in an out of state road trip while i was driving from ******* to *****. Previously we traveled a lot with car all over the usa, like i already saw 45 states, it never happened with another brand. This crack was happened too easy and immediately after we bought the car. Purchased a relatively high mileage (72,000)2015 Volvo S60 about 7 months ago (Jan 1st 2019). Near the end of July got a check engine light, which I self diagnosed with a 10 dollar OBD-II reader to be related to the low pressure fuel sensor. A couple weeks later received in the mail an extended warranty notice , essentially doubling coverage time for the low pressure fuel sensor. In February 2018, I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2014 Volvo S80 from Volvo of Winston-Salem. The car was great up until September 12th, when my family and I headed south to wait out Hurricane Florence. On the way south, my driver side headlight burned out. The following day I purchased a pair of headlight bulbs from Autozone and went to replace them in the headlight housing.
