I received good vibes from the dealership. The vehicle was sold before I could see it

They did respond quickly to my request for information.
Dealer got right back to me. I missed his call and the vehicle in question was sold by the time I got back to them.
Manhattan Volvo indicated the car was like new condition, and said they would take pictures of any little imperfections and email them to me. We decided to purchase the car on a Saturday, they hassled us for a 2000 down payment and said we had 72 hours to get the car. Finally convinced them to give us to the following Saturday to get the car. We drove down 6 hours and the car was just getting washed and prepped for us - but it was covered with scratches. I never got a "warm and fuzzy" feeling for this dealership. Many "boilerplate" emails, insert my name...etc. I wouldn't go back there again.
Called several times, car has been sold but the sales rep said he did not know, tried to sell me something else, annoying
great customer service, consistence communication with phone representative and emails
Dealer responded with general emails. I asked about a specific car they advertised. Never responde if it was still available. Never asked about alternatives. I doubt they had the advertised vehicle. Very dissapointed.
