I called. I emailed twice. They did email me back with the name Justin about setting up date to test drive. I really just needed to talk to them about the car first-before driving down to them an hour up from city. They never returned my calls. Nice car though.
I bought the car I was looking for in the middle of the lockdown. The staff at this dealership went above and beyond to make the purchase possible despite all the challenges which the pandemic distancing require. They were friendly, forthright, and straight forward ... always following my lead as to selection, financing, and delivery. Good place, great staff, got a great deal on a good vehicle
Very friendly and understanding staff. Definitely made the buying process very simple. Never waited for anything, Volvo of Manhattan had a very accommodating schedule- I contacted them, scheduled a test drive, and bought the car all within 5 days. Would rate 5 stars if it wasn’t for the very ending: right before finalizing the paper work, they charged me an extra 40 dollars for some kind of additional registration fee. Wayne was very helpful, made the process easy. However, at the end, after signing, I was informed that the car only came with one key fob that needed a battery change. This will be an additional expense.
Buying my car there was a wonderful experience. Angela, the sales rep is an amazing. She was very helpful and the process couldn’t be smoother. She’s Very charismatic and professional. Would recommend!
