Experience was great- very Franchise-like. Car was a great deal on CarGurus, no need to negotiate. We bought the vehicle after test driving a few. No pushy salespeople, a nice waiting area with coffee and fruit. 5 Stars, will go back again and refer friends/family.

Very polite, quick e-mail responses and answered all my questions (including researching specific maintenance history). Very helpful.
We negotiated a fair price for the car, drove an hour and twenty minutes on Halloween to purchase the car. When we arrived the sales rep stood in his booth and said I am ready for you... Not hello or welcome to Wentworth Motor Company. We sat down signed documents (sign here, initial here) no smile, just sign. Then when we completed the signing of documents he said the door is over there and we walked out by our selves. I recently purchased a nice used XC90 at a fair price (which means I paid a premium over your average used car dealer). There were a few issues and everyone from the salesperson to the service manager were honest and fair - they took care of everything and I believe Wentworth is a quality dealership that stands behind their products and services. I have recomended them to a friend and can do so here online.
The salesman took a lot of time to answer all questions about the car and took us for a test drive. it was a great experience.
