Paid $40,000 for a 2022 Toyota Highlander with 17000 miles. I bought the car and then discovered the front floor mats were missing - floor covered with thin plastic. Only one key FOB. Roof mounted radio cover is missing. Satellite radio doesn't work. Passenger side mirror is broken. The car was on their lot for 2 1/2 months. You would think that they would have done a lot more to get it ready to sell. The salesmen ghosted me. A lesson learned about buying a used car from a dealer with poor reviews.

Amazing car buying experience! They were super friendly and helpful. Usually car shopping is a stressful process, but they made a very comfortable, stress free environment. I can't rave about them enough, nor can figure out how to explain how wonderful they were. I highly recommend them at Volvo of Louisville.
