I had great visit.
This is my first Mercedes(have been a BMW guy for years), but my experience with Long Mercedes has been great so far. From Phillip to Sissy to Mary Beth....all have been great people to work with. Found the exact car I wanted, negotiated a good deal. We had a bill of sale, down payment and were ready to pick up the car. Got a text from the salesman saying the GM sold the car out from under us. How incredibly unprofessional with exceptionally poor business acumen. Contacted corporate Acura who could not even get a hold of their GM for 3 days. Spoke to our lawyers. Great dealership, great selection, great people! They will work with you to find what you want at a price you can afford. They offer certified preowned cars and new ones. They can transfer in from other Leith locations. My husband and I had a great experience we left with a great car and affordable payments. We have been treated like family through the whole process. The personelle were all very courteous and my car was repaired quickly. This is the only place I have found that is competent to work on my car.
