Loved my customer service from Tate....He was very timely in his response to my requests and questions. I will ask for him in the future as my last customer service rep was not as accommodating as David and Tate have been. Recall Service was prompt and completed as expected. Mary Beth was very easy to work with and provided all that we needed to understand our services needed. Car was returned clean and in great shape.
I took my car for Manufacturer Recall of airbag; dealership took excellent care keeping me informed and also included a complementary car wash which was definitely needed. Dan was my service advisor. I would recommend this dealership.
The staff was very nice and polite not a very long wait looking forward to next year.
On 02/14/2020 I took my 2016 CLA 250 for service. Problem#1- I made an appointment 1 week prior to my arrival. Upon arrival I was advised that they had no idea I was going to have my vehicle serviced. They advised me that they did not have me scheduled to have service done. Problem#2- I advised them that I had 3 problems that I needed fixed on my vehicle. Number 1, I needed to have my brakes and rotors changed. As usual, Long MB Service did a good job. However, I will say that they appear to have a number of new service reps, so the communication wasn't as quick as in the past. But the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and ready to assist.
I continue to get the great same service that I always have at Long of Mercedes. You are treated like family and I always love seeing James. He is the best. I appreciated Phillip standing in for Maribeth and hope to see her soon. Long of Mercedes is like no other dealership in the area. I get my car serviced, my car washed and loaner while this is happening so I don't have to wait. Absolutely the best. I am still waiting on my 2 vouchers for oil changes as promised.
This my 2nd Mercedes. Jack, Mary Beth and the rest of the team are great to work with when I get my Mercedes serviced at Long. Iâ??m very fortunate to have a great place to take my car!
My wife and I both agree that this had to be the fastest car deal ever, at least for us! Eric asked us the right questions and got us in the right vehicle without hesitation.
