Found the exact car I wanted, negotiated a good deal. We had a bill of sale, down payment and were ready to pick up the car. Got a text from the salesman saying the GM sold the car out from under us. How incredibly unprofessional with exceptionally poor business acumen. Contacted corporate Acura who could not even get a hold of their GM for 3 days. Spoke to our lawyers. Great dealership, great selection, great people! They will work with you to find what you want at a price you can afford. They offer certified preowned cars and new ones. They can transfer in from other Leith locations. My husband and I had a great experience we left with a great car and affordable payments. We have been treated like family through the whole process.
