Went to Volvo Cool Springs for an oil change and had a really great experience. Everything was quick, easy, and exactly as promised. Aidan was great to work with, super knowledgeable and kind. The whole team was efficient and friendly.

I went for tire replacement, and they do not honor the price they show on the website. Their all install price for a single tire was $561 including taxes, but they quoted $640. The gentleman on the front desk was not kind when I pointed out that their online price is different. I asked about a customer booking an appointment and coming to the dealership expecting to pay that price, and his response was that they will need to come to him.
Volvo of Cool Springs, you will forever have a lifetime customer because of your service team alone. Cody, Sally, and the rest of the team, I can’t stress enough how grateful our family is for your professionalism and expertise. We have unfortunately had bad experiences elsewhere but you all have restored our trust in Volvo. This was the second time we have come in for a service or repair for our xc90, and both times you have treated us with the upmost care and respect. My family and I can’t thank you all enough!
