Cody is the best. He has taken such good care of us each time we have had our xc90 serviced. I’m not even able to be a customer there anymore because we moved out of state and just one call in to him had my service issues at our new spot cleared up. He just saved me almost $500😱THANK YOU, CODY!!!
If you value transparent communication, accurate estimates, and timely service, I would take your vehicle elsewhere. My experience with the Volvo service center was an absolute nightmare. A two-hour repair became a two-day nightmare, complete with hidden fees and no detailed quote. My service advisor, Doug, was incompetent, and management was unreachable. The complete lack of communication and shady billing practices at this Volvo service center is reason enough to avoid it.

Love these guys. I called Daniel ahead of time to let him know I was on my way.. I was able to pull in, they took care of my problem while I talked with their friendly staff and I was out of there in 20 minutes. Daniel and his team have always taken good care of us.
