Came in to get a replacement key fob and service on our XC-90 not too long ago. Staff was extremely kind and helpful. The lobby/waiting area was a bit messy, but I'd blame what I assume is ongoing maintenance in tye area. Aside from that, solid and painless experience. Would recommend!
I Recently traded in my car of 11 years which I loved, on a new xc90. I love the actual car I purchased and Tony Gno was pleasant to work with… ONE PROBLEM THOUGH .. We were told while test driving the car, that it was “CarPlay” … which is really a half truth. It is a google based/wired car but if you plug your phone in, CarPlay can override it… which is a whole other conversation. This place is great! Quick service and clear communication, Doug was very helpful.
Purchased a car for my daughter here and worked with Tony Ngo. Was a great experience and he was a pleasure to work with. He communicated very well and made the process quick and easy. Only gripe I have is the ridiculous $1500 upcharge Volvo adds onto the purchase for the "built-in" protection and service plans. Refused to pay for that so it was removed. Excellent experience aside from that.
